An interesting new article from the Journal of Pediatrics on how skin rashes diagnosed as eczema, impetigo or psoriasis in some children were actually allergic reactions to an ingredient in baby wipes.

The preservative causing the reaction is methylisothiazolinone which can also be found in body lotions, makeup and shampoos.
